Resep Dasar Kulit Pangsit
Bahan
250 gr tepung terigu
1 sdm tepung sagu
1 sdt garam
½ sdt baking powder
1 btr telur kocok lepas
75 ml air

Cara Membuat
Campur tepung terigu, sagu, baking powder, garam, dan telur. Uleni sambil dimasukkan air sedikit demi sedikit sampai menjadi adonan liat dan tak melekat di tangan.

Selanjutnya, giling adonan dengan alat penggiling mi, sampai tipis.

Potong kulit pangsit ukuran 7 x 7 cm. Kulit pangsit siap digunakan.

Bahan
20 lembar kulit pangsit
2 bonggol sawi hijau, bersihkan, iris kasar

Bahan Isi
100 gr daging ayam cincang
100 gr udang cincang
1 cm jahe, cincang
1 btg daun bawang, iris tipis
1 sdt minyak wijen
2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
½ sdt garam
½ sdt lada
1 btr telur

Bahan Kuah
1500 ml kaldu ayam
1 btg daun bawang, potong ½ cm
1 sdt kecap asin
½ sdt garam
½ sdt lada
1 sdt minyak wijen

Pelengkap
Bawang goreng
Saus cabai
Saus tomat

Cara Membuat
Rebus bahan kuah hingga mendidih. Angkat, sisihkan.

Aduk semua bahan isi, uleni sampai kalis.

Ambil selembar kulit pangsit, beri 1 sendok the adonan isi, bentuk segitiga, rekatkan ujungnya dengan putih telur, tekuk kulit ke belakang. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.

Didihkan air dalam panci, rebus pangsit sampai terapung, angkat, masukkan ke dalam kuah. Masak sebentar, dan terakhir masukkan sawi hijau. Angkat, sajikan pangsit dengan taburan bawang goreng.
